If Jesus didn't want people fighting for Him, were the Crusades really Christian? Moreover, who then, are contemporary Fundamentalist Christians killing for?

Is sacrilege my goal? No! What I’m illustrating here is the complete reverse of Fundamentalist ideology when contrasted with the words in red. Jesus was a humanitarian; not a war monger. Essentially what Fundamentalism has done in their killing, is destroyed the very one they swear allegiance to. Fundamentalism has turned the cross upside down and used it as a sword against their own Master.
